This notice describes the client information submitted through our website. Updated October 2026.
Information collected
When you submit a message or request a quote, we collect your name, email address, selected service, project description and any optional website URL or budget estimate you provide.
Why we use it
We use the information to respond to you, scope a possible engagement, and manage communications with prospective clients. The form does not collect card information or process payment.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in Cloudflare D1 and are available only through our access-controlled admin dashboard. Cloudflare provides the site and database infrastructure.
Retention
We keep inquiries only while needed for business communications and relevant recordkeeping, until they are manually deleted. No automatic retention/deletion schedule is currently configured.
Access and deletion
You can request access, correction or deletion of your submitted information by sending a message via the website contact form. State the email address used in the original inquiry so we can identify the record.
Other details
We use basic technical checks to discourage automated spam. We do not claim to have completed transactions with anyone appearing in synthetic demonstration data. For privacy matters involving specific legal rights, contact us to discuss your request.
